Parrott First to File Ethics Report

Dallas school board candidate Bruce Parrott beat everyone else to the punch by filing his campaign financials at 8:42 yesterday morning.

Parrott was followed by Bernadette Nutall at 12:00 noon, Sally Cain at 1:52 and Leigh Ann Ellis at 4:19.

All 4 candidates were required to file by 5:00 and all did!
